I am for the first time on Logistic.ru. What are aims of the project?
The catalogue on Logistic.ru is aimed to become an efficient and easy to use instrument of information search. Any user of the catalogue can easily find information or necessary service dealing with transport sphere. This aim determined the structure of the catalogue - this is the catalogue of internet-services. This peculiarity makes the catalogue in Logistic.ru a unique one. It allows our users to get necessary information as soon as possible without any delays caused by difficulties in orientation that are inevitable while working with usual catalogues.
When I open the main page of the website I can see Catalogue section in the right part of the page. When I click the "Catalogue" on the top of the page I open the main page of the catalogue. Are catalogue on website's main page and catalogue on the separate webpage identical?
Yes. This is one and the same catalogue. We decided to make the separate webpage for the catalogue in order to make it's usage more convenient for our visitors.
What is the structure of electronic catalogue on Logistic.ru?
To make our catalogue more easy-to-use we divided it into several topics according thematic principle. Each of topics includes several sub-topics, that make the search easier.

You can choose necessary topic by left button mouse click. Doing so you open the page of the topic where there is the list of sub-topics. Clicking the necessary sub-topic you open the page with necessary information. You reach the same result by clicking on the necessary sub-topic in the list on the main page of the Catalogue (or site).
When I open the page of sub-topic I see the path line to this page. What is it aimed for? How can I use it?
Clicking on necessary point you can open catalogue's main page or the page of the necessary topic. This option sufficiently simplifies catalogue's exploitation.

When I open the page of the sub-topic I see a sufficient number of internet-services descriptions. How can I use them and find the most necessary and interesting between them?
There is an instrument for sorting and filtrating of the content of catalogue's sub-topic in the upper part of each webpage.
You can sort information according to the date when it was posted in the catalogue (by default) or according to the number of click-through.

In both cases the newest and the most popular services are posted on the top of the page.
Click-through counter is the description element of every service included in the catalogue.

filtration of the content is carried out with the help of standard for this sub-topic list of filters that includes specification of services' characteristics.

By left button click you chose that characteristic that is the most general for your search. Thus you eliminate all not necessary (this is not including this specific characteristic) services. You can repeat the same procedure with other characteristics as many times as you wish until you get the short list of necessary services you can easily choose from.
On the top of the page you can see the line with the list of filters you have used.

You can open new pages of the sub-topic by clicking page numbers in the lower part of each webpage.

6. I have sorted out necessary internet-services and formed my own list. In this list I would like to find the most interesting services without senseless clicking. How can I do it?
Each service in the catalogue Logistic.ru has got a short description. The description includes main characteristics of the service, in some cases description gives a kind of assessment that remains of course subjective. Using these descriptions you can find most interesting services thus finishing your search.

When I have chosen all necessary services, how can I pass to them?
Services' headlines in the catalogue consist of two parts: the name of the service and the name of the web resource.

By left mouse button click on one of two parts of the headline you can open either the webpage of the service or website's main page.
Besides chosen service I am also interested in other services of the resource and in resource in general. How can I find their descriptions in the catalogue
The description of every service include "Characteristic of the site".

Clicking "Website's characteristic" line you open the page devoted to a particular internet-resource presented in the catalogue. There you can read about the resource, to learn its electronic address, popularity rating among catalogue's users and get the full list of services of that website that were included in the catalogue Logistic.ru.
