These are summaries of three latest news of the line. To read the full version you should click left mouse button either on news headline or on "More details" line. After that you will open "News" page where you can read the full version of news.

What is the structure of news main page? How should I use it?

The main news page posts latest today's news on all news topics of the line. They are posted in reverse chronological order. News from freshly updated topics are on top lines.

To read the full version of news material you should make left mouse button click on the headline or "More details" line. After that you will be on the page with the full version of news material.

I have seen the list of topics both on main page of "News" section and on news pages. What is it aimed for? How can I use it?

"List of topics"

The list of topics is designed to make it easier for our visitors to orient on website's news line. It will help you to choose news exactly on the topic that is the most interesting for you on the moment. You will not have to waste your time for seeking news in general information mass.

Make the left click on the necessary topic and you will be able to view all news that were published in this topic sub-section this day.

"News" page posts information materials only for today. I would like to read news that were published yesterday and earlier. How can I do it?

You can see small calendar for a current month in the upper corner of news page. Dates when news were posted on the web-site are marked with the blue color. If you click on one of these dates you open the page with news materials for that day.

Analogous calendar is posted on pages of news topics. If you click on a particular date in this calendar you will open the page with news materials that were posted in this topic that day. When you use calendar on main news page you open pages with news materials published in all topics.

"Archieve"

In order to view materials for previous months click "Archive" line under the calendar. You will open the page with electronic calendar for the whole current year. Here you should choose need month and follow the described above algorithm.

To get access to materials of previous years you should click on the needed year in an archive list and follow the same algorithm.
